Description
Completely renovated sheepfold in the middle of the forest, 10 minutes from the beaches and shops of the village of Talloires on the shores of Lake Annecy.
Without any neighborhood, alone in the forest you can enjoy the calm and the view of the mountains overlooking Lake Annecy. Nordic bath, pizza oven, sunbathing, campfire, fireplace ... everything for a return to authenticity, a connection with nature and a unique holiday.
Housing
Le banc du cerf is an independent chalet with an Eco responsible approach. Electricity is produced by solar panels, water is collected during the winter season and heating is provided by the pellet hair but also by the fireplace. However, our chalet has been designed so as not to compromise on comfort and be a place of tranquility and reunion.
The chalet is located on a plot of 7000 m2 in the middle of the forest facing south to take advantage of the beautiful sunny days. It is served by a very passable gravel road of 1 km to be able to park at the foot of the chalet, then a footpath of about 40 meters will allow you to reach the chalet easily. This road is not authorized for traffic, only for loggers and owners.
To fully enjoy nature and the outdoors, a Nordic bath is available to admire the view of the forest and the surrounding mountains. You can also cook in the fireplace and create your delicious pizzas in our real outdoor pizza oven. The change of scenery is guaranteed.
On the ground floor you will find two lounge areas, one overlooking the view with a real convertible double bed and a lounge area around the wood pile. But also a bathroom and a toilet.
A dining area with an open fireplace in the center of the room providing warmth and conviviality.
A bar and an equipped kitchen are also on this level with a bathroom and a toilet.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with two 140 × 190 double beds and a dormitory bedroom with a double bed and a mountain corner with a single bed.
Upstairs you will also find a bathroom, a toilet and a play area.

Additional notes
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
