Located on the 5th and top floor, the apartment is served by a 3-person elevator that can accommodate a stroller. It serves half-floors, and you will have a few steps to climb to access the accommodation, equipped with a reinforced front door and a small safe at your disposal.

The apartment is modern and features a living room of over 50m² bathed in light, which leads to a balcony equipped with an electric awning and 2 bistro tables, offering a splendid view of our mountains (exposure: south). The perfect place to have a drink or breakfast. The large living room has a veranda feel thanks to its large windows that make you forget you're indoors. It is equipped with a large 55" TV, 2 armchairs, 2 sofas, 2 coffee tables, and it ends with a small office area, ideal for remote work.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette/fondue appliance. A large design table will allow for pleasant evenings with family or friends.

For young parents, there's no need to bring all your bulky equipment here. Young children have not been forgotten. A high chair, a changing table, dishes for the little ones, a bottle warmer, a portable crib, and even a small desk space (so your little ones can express their artistic talents) are at your disposal. Bring your stroller, which you can park in our stroller storage room in the basement of the residence.

For sleeping spaces, you will enjoy 4 independent bedrooms, 2 toilets, and 2 bathrooms.

A second independent toilet with a hand basin.
